Dates and Location: The Toyota Pay My Bill Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 07/01/2020 and end at 11:59PM EST on 07/31/2020 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Who is Eligible: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older, and have a valid U.S. driver's license. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. (“Sponsor”), DOM360 (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period: 1) Vehicle Service Receipt: Visit www.toyota-paymybill.com and follow the instructions provided to submit one (1) entry. Entrants must complete all required information on the entry form to be eligible, including their complete name, mailing address, phone number (including area code), email address, repair order number located on their Toyota or Scion vehicle service receipt (“Repair Order”), and the amount of the repair or service as specified on the receipt. Customer Repair Order must have the entrant's name on it to be eligible, and dates of service must fall between July 1, 2020 and July 31, 2020. Service must occur at one of the participating dealers (listed below), and service must be on a Toyota or Scion vehicle. All Repair Order online entries must be received by 11:59PM EST on 07/31/2020 to be eligible. OR, 2) Mail-In: To enter without owning a Toyota or Scion vehicle, having obtained service on a vehicle or submitting a Repair Order, hand-print your name, mailing address, email address, daytime and evening numbers (area code included), and date of birth, and mail in a stamped, standard #10 envelope, addressed to: Toyota Pay My Bill, Attn: Toyota Pay Bill Coordinator, 120 Broadus Ave, Greenville, SC 29601. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 07/31/2020 and received by 08/08/2020 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, regardless of method of entry, throughout the Sweepstakes Period. You may only use one (1) email address to enter the Sweepstakes. Additional entries submitted from any person or email address in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Mechanical reproductions and entries generated by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries that are forged, tampered with, obtained through illegitimate channels or by any other means that are not compliant with the Official Rules will be void.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (i) postage due mail or entries or service receipts that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, destroyed, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, garbled, illegible or not received by the Sweepstakes Entities or their respective agents for any reason, or for any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules and all such entries will be void; (ii) any problems or malfunctions, errors, failures or human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of entries or service receipts, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) any causes that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or (iv) any other errors or problems relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, whether printing, typographical, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or service receipts, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. All fraudulent, incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. Administrator reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate any portion of the Sweepstakes for any reason, including if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of any portion of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Administrator, or if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of any portion of the Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received from all participating dealerships as of such termination (as applicable). Proof of an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Administrator.

Sweepstakes Prize Allocation & Winner Notification: Administrator will conduct a random drawing on or about 08/15/2020 to select twenty-five (25) potential Grand Prize winners from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and combined from all participating dealerships and by mail. Potential Grand Prize winners may be notified by phone and/or email on or about 08/15/2020 and asked to confirm his/her eligibility, and indicate his/her willingness to accept the Grand Prize as described below. Upon confirmation of his/her eligibility as well as his/her willingness to accept a prize, potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return a W-9 form, an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. If a potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible or otherwise fails to return such documents within the specified time period fully-executed, or if Administrator is unsuccessful to reach and speak directly with a potential Grand Prize winner by phone over a 48-hour period, a potential Grand Prize winner cannot or does not wish to accept the prize or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and, at Administrator's discretion, an alternate winner may be randomly selected and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Failure to collect or properly claim the Grand Prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, Administrator will have no further obligation to such winner and may, at its sole discretion, randomly select an alternate winner who will be notified as per the procedures outlined above.

Grand Prizes (25): A check equal to the cost of the vehicle Repair Order submitted by winner in his/her entry, up to $1,000. Maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $1,000. If a mail-in entrant is selected, s/he will receive a check in the amount of $500. Maximum total ARV of all Grand Prizes: $25,000.

General Prize Conditions: All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Administrator's sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winners of prizes exceeding $600 in value will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting their check amount. All prize details are at Administrator's discretion.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event a winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules after prize has been awarded, he/she will be required to forfeit their prize or to reimburse the Sponsor for the stated value of their prize if such violation is found after the prize has been used by such winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any manner or media now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating, participant agrees to release and hold Sweepstakes Entities harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize, participation in the Sweepstakes, or in any prize-related activities, and participant assumes all liability in connection therewith.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas, USA.
